-Members are to cooperate in implementing the planned activities.
-Every member has to participate in the activities organised by the society.
-The monitoring of activities are done by the office bearers.

4.Duties and responsibilities
Advisors
-To plan and organise activities that are meaningful to develop students’ talent and potential.
-To control discipline during activities.
-To coordinate activities in accordance with the school activities.
President
-To chair every meeting.
-To act as a chief monitor in implementing activities.
Vice-president
-To assist the chairperson in carrying out the responsibilities.
-To head the meeting in the absence of the chairperson.
Secretary
-To record minutes of meetings.
To inform members of meetings.
To take down the attendance of members.
Treasurer
-To collect subscriptions if and when necessary.
-To keep accounts and give statements of accounts during meeting.
-Sub-committee members
-To assist in carrying out activities.
Activities within the time frame
To begin the activities, teachers need to set the day, date, time and place to meet with the members. The members must be informed days before the actual meeting.
-The first meeting
-The teacher should introduce himself or herself to the members and welcome them to the society.
-The teacher should ask the students to introduce themselves and write their names on a piece of paper.
-Teacher asks for nominations to elect office bearers, for example, President, Vice-president, Secretary, Treasurer and Sub- committee members.
-The students are then divided into small groups and do some interesting activities to motivate the students.
